It may be that a Clarity Service Plan is not for you. Therefore we offer customers the opportunity to have their machines repaired by our engineers on a time and materials basis.

  • Fixed call-out charge

  • Fixed hourly rate - charged in 15 minute intervals

  • All parts must be approved prior to fitting

  • All consumables agreed prior to supply

If we find that your photocopier or printer is beyond economic repair, we will help you decide the best way forward by recommending appropriate solutions to suit your needs and budget.

Should you wish to reduce your call-out charge, we are happy for you to bring your photocopier or printer to our workshop facility for repair.

As the range of copiers and printers continually expands, training is vitally important. Our engineers are constantly updating their skills attending manufacturer courses to ensure that they are familiar with the latest developments and are able to service all the models that we support.
